NOVELTY - Anion latex memory foam material comprises 100 pts. wt. natural latex, 5-15 pts. wt. diatomite, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. pink salt, 3-5 pts. wt. plant ash, 5-10 pts. wt. charcoal powder, 3-5 pts. wt. stone powder, 1-2 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. carrageenan and 1-3 pts. wt. sodium stearate. USE - The foam material is useful in the preparation of mattresses, pillow, sofa, seat, fitness equipment, wall soft pack and protective products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The foam material can produce good physical and therapeutic effects on the human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing foam material, comprising (i) crushing diatomite, passing through a 700 mesh sieve, calcining at 600 degrees C for 2-3 hours, drying graphene, pink salt, charcoal powder, stone powder and plant ash and crushing and passing through a 600 mesh sieve, (ii) mixing the components of the step (i) with the natural latex to obtain a mixed material, (iii) adding vulcanizing agent to the mixed material and mixing carrageenan and sodium stearate, (iv) introducing the final mixture in the step (iii) into a foaming machine for foaming at atmospheric pressure at 25-30 degrees C, (v) introducing the foamed material into a mold and compression molding at 30-40 degrees C, (vi) cooking the foamed material together with the mold at 130-140 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and (vii) drafting, dehydrating and drying; and (2) mattress made of material, comprising a base layer whose upper part is provided with a carbon fiber insulation antibacterial layer includes a carbon fiber layer, a transition layer and an anion ion latex memory foam material layer arranged from bottom to top, where the carbon fiber layer is a carbon fiber electric heating plate and the transition layer includes a copper mesh, carbon fiber cloth layer and hard cotton layer arranged from bottom to top.
