▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing conductive thin film and graphene nano-dispersion plate, comprises (a) mixing dispersing agent and solvent with graphene nano-plate to obtain solution, (b) dispersing the solution by using a homogenizer and an ultrasonic disperser, (c) removing un-dispersed graphene nano-plate through a centrifugal separation and a filtration process, and (d) coating graphene nano-plate dispersion solution on surface of a slide glass substrate using a spray coater to obtain graphene nano-plate thin film as a conductive thin film. USE - The method is useful for producing conductive thin film and graphene nano-dispersion plate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent conductivity.
