NOVELTY - Pneumatic tire (10) comprises a rubber composition comprising 100 phr at least one diene based elastomer and 1-50 phr turbostratic graphene. USE - Used as pneumatic tire. ADVANTAGE - The pneumatic tire exhibits improved abrasion and tear resistance while advantageously increasing the sustainability of tires and without negatively impacting hysteresis, stiffness, and/or tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for rubber composition for use in the manufacturing of a tire, comprising 100 phr diene-based elastomer, 1-50 phr turbostratic graphene, optionally, up to 50 phr oil, optionally, up to 150 phr, preferably 10-150 phr carbon black and silica, optionally, 1-5 phr wax and/or up to 30 phr resin, and a sulfur-vulcanizing agent.
