▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The cable has insulating wire cores that are twisted into a cable. The insulating wire cores are wrapped by a tape, where high flame-retardant filler is filled between the insulating wire core and a bag belt. An oxygen barrier layer is extruded on the outer surface of the bag belt. A sheath is extruded on the outer surface of the oxygen barrier layer. Each of the insulating wire core comprises a wire core conductor and a fire-resistant insulating layer. The fire-resistant insulating layer is covered on a surface of the wire core conductor, where the high flame-retardant filler is polypropylene fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, magnesium hydroxide, methyl sodium silicate and diatomite. The oxygen barrier layer is made of low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin material, low-melting-point glass powder, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide and mica powder. USE - Multi-core low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable. ADVANTAGE - The cable has large smoke amount, and avoids harmful gas generating phenomenon during burning. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The fire-resistant insulating layer is selected as a mica fire-resistant belt. The the bag belt is made of fiber-free glass fiber material. The sheath is made of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, elastic propylene copolymer, composite flame retardant, composite stabilizer and anti-aging agent. The composite flame retardant comprises melamine polyphosphate, diethyl phosphinic acid aluminum, hydrated zinc borate and nano graphene oxide. The composite stabilizer comprises calcium adipate, zincstearate, epoxy compound, maleic acid mono-butylester dibutyl tin and hydrotalcite. The anti-aging agent comprises amine anti-aging agent and phenol anti-aging agent. The copper wires are twisted and pressed to be circular, tile-shaped or fan-shaped wire core conductor. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a multi-core low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable manuacturing method.
