NOVELTY - A nitrogen sulfur co-doped three dimensional graphene foam electrode material is prepared by dipping foam nickel in graphene oxide, melamine, trithiocyanuric acid and solvent dispersion, solventthermal reacting, heat treating under inert atmosphere at 500-1200 degrees C, and etching to remove foam nickel. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen sulfur co-doped three dimensional graphene foam electrode material used in lithium ion battery, super capacitor and electrocatalysis. ADVANTAGE - The product has doped nitrogen element content of 3-7%, sulfur element content of 1-3%, oxygen content of 4-12% and controllable doping amount. The method is safe and non-toxic, has low cost and simple operation.
