NOVELTY - Preparing airgel polystyrene insulation board based on wet mixing material mixing technology comprises (a) mixing 800-1200 pts. wt. cement, 0-100 pts. wt. filler, 6-10 pts. wt. water reducer, 20-30 pts. wt. adhesive, adding 400-450 pts. wt. water, mixing and stirring for 60-90 seconds to form cement slurry, (ii) mixing and stirring cement slurry for 90-120 seconds with 80-120 pts. wt. Expanded polystyrene (EPS) granules, wrapped on surface of EPS granules, forming wet-mixed granules, (c) mixing wet mixing granular material with 10-30 pts. wt. hydrophobic airgel particles for 90-120 seconds by dispersing and stirring to form airgel polyphenylene particles, (d) pouring airgel polyphenylene particles into mold, compressing and molding according to design compression ratio, allowing to stand for 1-3 days, and demolding after the insulation board is hardened, and (e) allowing to stand for 3-5 days under natural conditions, cutting and making insulation board. USE - The method is useful for preparing gas gel polyphenyl heat insulating plate based on wet mixing stirring technology, which is useful for civil building external heat preservation material, rock wool plate, foam concrete, inorganic heat preservation mortar and foaming cement plate. ADVANTAGE - The wet mixing stirring technology can realize the hydrophobic gas gel uniformly dispersed in the polyphenyl insulating plate, which effectively reduces the heat conducting coefficient and increases the incombustibility, and does not cause loss of the strength. The preparation process of the invention is environment-friendly and non-toxic, the operation is simple, it is convenient to implement, the improvement of the process realizes the complex of gas gel poly phenyl particle heat preservation plate. The development of industrialization is realized, forming efficient production line, promoting the development of green building energy saving and emission reduction in our country.
