NOVELTY - The heat exchange system has a closed circuit that is provided with a device that is implanted in a subsoil (5) of earth to exchange heat with the subsoil of earth, connecting pipes (4,6,7,9), and a device that is implanted in the building to exchange heat with a building (1). The closed circuit is provided with a circulation pump (P) for circulating a fluid in the closed circuit. The fluid is provided with capsules for enclosing phase change materials (PCM). The capsules comprise silica, fused silica, graphene, biological porous carbon, polymers, polyamides, nylon, lignins, fatty acids, esters and crown ethers. The PCMs comprise gallium, calcium salts, fatty acids, esters, carboxylic acids or paraffins. USE - Heat exchange system for cooling or heating building such as residential building. ADVANTAGE - The heat exchange system improves the recovery or evacuation of heat. The footprint is reduced. The energy consumption is reduced and loss of efficiency is reduced. The mechanical design is simplified. The installation and operating costs are reduced. The latent heat of fusion of PCMs increases the cooling or heating capacities of the building, which greatly limits the circulation of the fluid and energy consumption.
