▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a conductive composite material for ion batteries, involves (a) adding 1-20 pts. wt. graphene to a solvent of 100-1000 pts. wt. dispersant, and mixing uniformly to obtain a graphene dispersion, (b) under the condition of inert gas atmosphere and preset pressure, adding 20-100 pts. wt. vinylidene fluoride monomer, 0.2-1 pt. wt. initiator and 0.01-1 pt. wt. pH adjuster to 20-100 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, mixing uniformly, and polymerizing at low temperature for a certain period of time to obtain a polymer product, and (c) centrifuging and drying the polymer product to obtain a polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene conductive composite material. USE - The method is used for preparing a conductive composite material which is used in a conductive paste for ion batteries (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method effectively improves the mechanical properties and electrical properties of the conductive composite material and the conductive paste, and optimizes the electrical properties of the ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a conductive paste for ion batteries, comprising (i) adding 1-10 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene conductive composite material and 0.5-10 pts. wt. conductive carbon material to 80-98.5 pts. wt. organic solvent, and mixing uniformly to obtain a premix, (ii) grinding the premix obtained in step (i), and after grinding for 3-5 hours, obtaining a polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene conductive slurry; and (2) a conductive paste for ion batteries comprising 1-10 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene conductive composite material, 0.5-10 pts. wt. conductive carbon material and 80-98.5 pts. wt. organic solvent.
