NOVELTY - A graphene modified chlorinated natural rubber adhesive comprises 1.64-3.83 pts. wt. graphene, 0.30-1.08 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 50.94-70.84 pts. wt. xylene, 4.5-4.88 pts. wt. active light magnesium oxide, 46-50 pts. wt. p-tert-butyl phenol-formaldehyde resin, 45-52.2 pts. wt. cyclohexane, 60-105 pts. wt. chlorinated natural rubber, 15-60 pts. wt. neoprene, 117.15-183.93 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 61.31-117.15 pts. wt. solvent oil, 22-25 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.9-1.25 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 0.9-1.25 pts. wt. anti-aging agent 264. USE - Graphene modified chlorinated natural rubber adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive is well dispersed and not easy to reunite, has good shear strength, shear impact strength and thermal stability, does not take triphenyl compounds as main solvent, and reaches triphenyl compounds content to GB 18583-2008 requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene modified chlorinated natural rubber adhesive comprising adding graphene, triethanolamine, xylene and ethyl acetate in sealed stirring kettle, mixing and stirring at room temperature to obtain black dispersion liquid A, adding black dispersion A, active light magnesium oxide and p-tert-butyl phenol-formaldehyde resin as adhesion promoters to cyclohexane solvent, stirring and reacting in sealed stirring kettle at room temperature for 6-10 hours to obtain mixed liquid B, adding chlorinated natural rubber, neoprene, ethyl acetate and solvent oil in sealed stirring kettle, mixing and stirring for 0.5-3 hours to obtain mixed solution C, adding mixed solution B, plasticizer, silane coupling agent and anti-aging agent, and stirring and reacting in sealed stirring kettle at room temperature for 0.5-5 hours. The weight ratio of black dispersion A, active light magnesium oxide, p-tert-butyl phenol-formaldehyde resin and cyclohexane is 60.16-81.19:4.5-4.88:46-50:45-52.2. The weight ratio of graphene, triethanolamine, xylene and ethyl acetate is 1.64-3.83:0.30-1.08:50.94-70.84:5.09-7.08.
