DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of hetero atom-doped hollow spherical graphene composite material involves adding heteroatom dopant source compound and solvent to core-shell structure graphene oxide-polystyrene spheres composite material, mixing for 12-24 hours, applying obtained coating solution on the surface of a substrate, freeze-drying, forming a solid film on the surface of the substrate, placing the substrate in a high-temperature plasma tube reactor, controlling mechanical vacuum pump at 1-10 Pa and molecular pump vacuum at 10-2 Pa to 10-3 Pa, introducing reducing gas under pressure of 0.1-20 Pa, heating to 300-600 degrees C, discharging plasma under radio frequency power of 100-600 W for 10-60 minutes, heating, cooling, soaking resultant product in a dilute acid solution, cleaning, and drying. The core-shell structure graphene oxide-polystyrene spheres composite material is prepared by dispersing positively charged polystyrene spheres in water, adding dispersion of positively charged polystyrene spheres to graphene oxide aqueous dispersion prepared by dispersing graphene oxide in water, magnetically stirring for 12-24 hours, and filtering. The positively charged polystyrene spheres are prepared by adding styrene, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, 2,2'-azobis(isobutyramidine) dihydrochloride and water to a reactor, introducing nitrogen, polymerizing at 50-80 degrees C for 12-48 hours, centrifugally washing reaction product with ethanol and deionized water until conductivity of supernatant is less than 10 mu S, and filtering.
