NOVELTY - Fluorine rubber material, comprises 90- 110 pts. wt. ternary fluorine rubber, 7-9 pts. wt. carbon black, 9-11 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. calcium hydroxide, 1-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant,1-2 pts. wt. palm wax, 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanization auxiliary agent and 2-2.5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent USE - The fluorine rubber material is useful for injection moulding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent performance, less raw edges and high qualification rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the fluorine rubber material comprising (i) taking ternary fluorine rubber, carbon black, inorganic-organic hybrid filler, magnesium oxide, calcium hydroxide, dispersant, palm wax, vulcanization auxiliary agent and a vulcanizing agent, sealing and placing the raw materials, (ii) adding ternary fluorine rubber into an open mill, thinly passing for three times at a roller spacing of 1 microm, then placing into a mixing mill, adjusting the roller spacing to be 2-3 microm, adding carbon black, magnesium oxide, calcium hydroxide, a dispersing agent, palm wax, vulcanization auxiliary agent and a vulcanizing agent, tapping after powder feeding is finished, performing triangular bag making and rolling, adjusting the roller spacing to be 3-4 microm after uniform mixing, discharging the sheet and placing the rubber material for 24 hours, and (iii) placing the rubber material after 24 hours in an open mill, adjusting the roller spacing to be 1 microm, performing secondary thin passing, triangular wrapping for 6-8 times, rolling for 2-3 times, discharging sheets and cooling to obtain the final product; and (2) a molding method of fluorine rubber material for injection molding comprising (i) pressing the middle mold in the injection mold on the lower mold, placing the cut fluorine glue material into the mold cavity composed of the middle mold and the lower mold by the feeding port, then pressing the upper mold on the middle mold, controlling the upper mold temperature at 180degrees Celsius, the lower mold temperature is 175degrees Celsius, the pressure is 150kg/cm2 and vulcanizing for 250-270s, and (ii) slowly blowing the edge by air gun and demolding and taking out the product, grinding the rough edge of the product by a grinding machine along the mold closing line to obtain the target product.
