NOVELTY - Preparation of molten salt material with high energy storage density involves (s1) mixing and stirring ytterbium monosilicate powder and ytterbium disilicate powder, spraying obtained mixed material on ceramic powder to obtain modified ceramic powder, (s2) drying potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite and potassium nitrite to obtain dehydrated potassium nitrate powder, dehydrated sodium nitrite powder and dehydrated potassium nitrite powder, mixing and stirring with modified ceramic powder, heating, and statically melting to obtain nitric acid molten salt mixed system, (s3) kneading graphite, graphene, phenolic resin binder and middle phase carbon microsphere, carbonizing, and purifying to obtain purified graphite mixture, and (s4) ball-milling hydrotalcite to obtain hydrotalcite powder, mixing with purified graphite mixture, and nanosilver to obtain graphite mixture, statically pressing to obtain graphite block, and soaking with nitric acid molten salt mixed system. USE - Preparation of molten salt material with high energy storage density (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared molten salt material has high heat conductivity coefficient and high energy storage density by addition of multiple functional additives and modification.
