NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly high-performance multifunctional resin matrix comprises a modified resin comprising a resin (a) and a resin (b), a modified curing agent comprising a modified amine-type curing agent and a meta-diazocine-type curing agent, a toughening agent, and an additive. The resin (a) is diglycidyl 4,5-epoxycyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate. The resin (b) is 6150 epoxy resin. The modified amine-type curing agent comprises a modified amine (y) and a modified amine (z). The amine (y) is AF curing agent. The amine (z) is GY051 curing agent. The toughening agent is ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether. The mass ratio of the resin (a), resin (b), toughening agent, amine (y), meta-diazocine-type curing agent, amine (z) and additive is 100:(0.01-100):(0.01-60):(0.01-60):(0.01-30):(0.01-30):(0.01-30). USE - Environmentally-friendly high-performance multifunctional resin matrix is used for preparing composite material (claimed) used in aerospace application, civil application and national defense application. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance multifunctional resin matrix has wide curing temperature range, and is convenient to use, and can be prepared by simple method. The resin matrix can be cured at a high temperature of 59-150degrees Celsius. The resin matrix does not contain volatile solvents, and is beneficial to environmental protection and human health. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the environmentally-friendly high-performance multifunctional resin matrix, which involves mixing the resin (a), resin (b), toughening agent, amine (y), meta-diazocine-type curing agent, amine (z) and additive in a mass ratio of preferably 100:(0-100):(0-60):(0-60):(0-30):(0-30):(0-30), and evenly stirring; and (2) preparation of high-performance composite material, which involves immersing a reinforcing material in the resin matrix and molding according to a resin-based composite material molding process to obtain a preform containing the reinforcing material, or processing the reinforcing material into preform, and impregnating the preform with the resin matrix or injecting the resin matrix into the preform to obtain preform containing the reinforcing material, performing gradient heating of the preform and solidifying according to a solidification temperature program, and naturally cooling. The reinforcing material includes carbon fibers and/or its fabric or felt, glass fibers and/or its fabric or felt, aramid fibers and/or its fabric or felt, basalt fibers and/or its fabric or felt, polybenzoxazole fibers and/or its fabric or felt, whiskers, graphene, graphene oxide, nanomaterials, carbon nanotubes, or filler that can be used for composite material. The resin-based composite material molding is winding molding, compression molding, hand lay-up molding, pultrusion molding, autoclave molding, non-autoclave molding, resin transfer molding, injection molding, winding and overlaying molding, or molding that can be used for composite material.
