NOVELTY - An ultra-high performance hydrogen evolution electrolysis water catalyst is prepared by dissolving metal element-containing dye (A) and titanium dioxide in solvent under ultrasonic conditions, performing sensitization reaction, adding graphene oxide, ultrasonically uniformly mixing, magnetically stirring and mixing, removing solvent in reactant, drying, cooling to obtain precursor, putting precursor in tubular furnace, calcining, keeping temperature and naturally cooling. USE - The method is used for preparing ultra-high performance hydrogen evolution electrolysis water catalyst to hydrogen evolution reaction and electrolytic water (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of super-high-performance hydrogen evolution electrolysis water catalyst with excellent catalytic performance and repeatability.
