The utility model fully uses high sensitivity of graphene film,putting the balance weight block on the graphene film,through the capacitance between the electrode between the upper shell and graphite alkene film in detecting movement,the change of the the capacitance between the graphite alkene film and the lower shell, computing the acceleration,with simple structure, because of high sensitivity of the graphene ,it can measure very small acceleration.
