NOVELTY - An electrode comprises a substrate electrode, and a covalent organic framework material modified on its surface. The covalent organic framework material is prepared by condensation of hydrazine and triformylphloroglucinol. USE - Electrode used in detecting monoamine neurotransmitters (claimed) e.g. dopamine, serotonin, epinephrine and norepinephrine. ADVANTAGE - The electrode is capable of resisting biological small molecule interference, non-specific adsorption of anti-protein and anti-mono-amine neurotransmitter aggregate, and has application universality, it can realize qualitative and quantitative measurement of dopamine, serotonin, epinephrine and norepinephrine and other single amine neurotransmitter, it has application potential in diagnosis of various diseases. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of electrode, which involves using hydrazine and triformylphloroglucinol as monomers, acetic acid aqueous solution as catalyst, dioxane and mesitylene as reaction solvent, mixing the monomer, catalyst and reaction solvent, ultrasonically treating the mixed solution, putting the substrate electrode into the mixed solution and immersing in the mixed solution, sealing the system and performing heating reaction, cooling to room temperature, washing and drying.
