▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nano aqueous high temperature resistant metal baking coating comprises heat-insulating structure microsphere, organic resin structure microsphere, filler, preservative, active auxiliary agent and water. The preparation method of the coating comprises (i) mixing, dispersing and grinding the heat-insulating structure microsphere, organic resin structure microsphere, filler and water in proportion until the fineness reaches less than 15 microm to obtain functional pigment paste for high temperature resistant coating, and (ii) mixing the functional pigment paste with preservative and active auxiliary agent in a certain proportion, dispersing at high speed, and adjusting the solid content and viscosity of the coating with water. USE - Used as nano aqueous high temperature resistant metal baking coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating can improve the mechanical properties and thermal shock stability of the coating, so the refractoriness of the coating can reach more than 1600degrees Celsius, the coating can be firmly combined with the lining, and the service life is greatly prolonged.
