NOVELTY - High strength and high elasticity concrete crack repair material comprises 0.01-3 pts. wt. sodium naphthalenide, 10-30 pts. wt. polyurea resin, 1-40 pts. wt. ultra-fast cement, 0.5-10 pts. wt. 2-ethyl hexy glycidyl ether, 0.1-3 pts. wt. reduced graphene oxide film, 0.1-5 pts. wt. sodium hexafluorosilicate, 1-5 pts. wt. polybutylene adipate terephthalate and 0.5-5 pts. wt. octacalcium phosphate based on 100 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate resin. USE - High strength and high elasticity concrete crack repair material. ADVANTAGE - The high strength and high elasticity concrete crack repair material is cost-effective, has a tensile strength of about 12.6 N/mm2, compressive strength about 67.5 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity about 2.14 x 105, excellent mechanical strength, high elasticity, so prevents re-cracking and water leakage even after concrete crack repair work, anti-freezing effect, increases the adhesion of the concrete due to external stimulation and prevents the concrete crack repair material composition from falling off or peeling off from the crack area.
