NOVELTY - A cuprous oxide/reduced graphene oxide nanowire composite preparing method involves adding copper salt, 3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and graphene oxide to water at a mass ratio of 1:0.02-0.03:0.04-0.08 and mixing to obtain a suspension, adding a reducing agent and mixing to obtain a reaction solution, transferring the reaction liquid to a reaction vessel for sealing, after reacting at 180-200 degrees C for 15-18 hours, separating the solid phase by solid-liquid separation, washing the solid phase and drying to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing cuprous oxide/reduced graphene oxide nanowire composite using photoelectric responsive device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing cuprous oxide/reduced graphene oxide nanowire composite with better response characteristic and wide application prospect.
