▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of organic polymer continuous bed involves weighing graphene oxide, octene, polyvinylpyrrolidone, triethylene glycol diacrylate, pore-forming agent, benzoyl peroxide and N,N-dimethylaniline and then mixing, reacting the mixture at 20-30 degrees C for 2.5-3.5 hours, and washing using methanol as mobile phase. USE - The method is useful for preparation of organic polymer continuous bed, which is useful for separation and enrichment of phytosterol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of organic polymer continuous bed with high specific surface area and excellent mechanical strength in environmentally-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) use of organic polymer continuous bed for separation and enrichment of phytosterol; and (2) separation and enrichment of phytosterol, which involves weighing organic polymer continuous bed connected with HPLC, processing using methanol-water mixed solution as mobile phase, and purifying.
