▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A see-through thin film solar cell module comprises a transparent substrate; a first back electrode (22) deposited on a first surface of the transparent substrate; a second back electrode (24A) comprising a molybdenum selenium sulfide layer; an absorber layer (40) comprising selenium (Se) or sulfur (S); a transparent electrode layer (60); and a laser scribing pattern formed by partially removing the absorber layers. The second electrode further comprises a molybdenum layer with a thickness less than 2 nm remaining under the molybdenum selenium sulfide layer. USE - See-through thin film solar cell module for solar cell power plants. Uses include but are not limited to windows of buildings, sunroofs of vehicles, etc. ADVANTAGE - The see-through thin film solar cell module has high transmittance and high-efficiency photovoltaic performance and is capable of causing no residue of an absorber layer and no damage to a back electrode in a laser scribing process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of a see-through thin film solar cell module. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of a laser scribing process of a see-through thin film solar cell.
