NOVELTY - A graphene intervening layer based flexible cadmium telluride solar battery comprises nickel/graphene/doped layer/barrier layer/cadmium telluride/cadmium sulfide/zinc oxide-based transparent conductive composite film/nickel-aluminum gate line, where the nickel foil is used as substrate, the graphene layer is used as an insert, zinc oxide-based transparent conductive film is used as the front contact layer composite. USE - Graphene intervening layer based flexible cadmium telluride solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The graphene intervening layer based flexible cadmium telluride solar battery has improved flexibility, better self-supporting properties, improved long-term stability and high-efficiency.
