NOVELTY - A graphene intervening layer based flexible cadmium telluride solar battery comprises nickel/graphene/doped layer/barrier layer/cadmium telluride/cadmium sulfide/zinc oxide-based transparent conductive composite film/nickel-aluminum gate line, where the nickel foil is used as substrate, the graphene layer is used as an insert, zinc oxide-based transparent conductive film is used as the front contact layer composite.
