NOVELTY - Preparation of soybean graphene fiber involves drying soybeans, controlling the moisture content of the dried soybeans, smashing again, and controlling the process parameters of crushing, obtaining raw materials, mixing the raw materials and stirring with alkali and feeding into carbonization furnace for carbonization and, pickling with acid, obtaining pickling material, adding dispersant to the pickling material, stirring at high speed with a high-speed mixer, grinding, filtering, obtaining carbonized liquid material, drying , using continuous feeding high-speed centrifugal atomization method to lead out through cyclone separator, obtaining graphene material, feeding the graphene material and polyester chips into screw extruder to melt and extrude, cooling and pelletizing to obtain graphene masterbatch, adding the graphene masterbatch and polyester chips into screw extruder, melting, extruding, and feeding to spinning device for melt spinning. USE - Preparation of soybean graphene fiber for clothing, bedding fabrics, bedding, and decorative fillers (claimed).
