NOVELTY - Preparation of carboxymethyl chitosan-modified graphene oxide composite material comprises taking graphene oxide, adding activator 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide, activating, adding carboxymethyl chitosan solution, reacting at room temperature, dialyzing and freeze-drying; dissolving in distilled water, adding fluorescein isothiocyanate solution and reacting at room temperature; and adding triethylamine, stirring and mixing, adding acetic anhydride, mixing, reacting at room temperature, dialyzing and freeze-drying. USE - Method for preparing carboxymethyl chitosan-modified graphene oxide composite material (claimed) used for medicine slow releasing and cell imaging. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, easy process and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of carboxymethyl chitosan-modified graphene oxide composite material comprises: (A) taking graphene oxide, adding activator 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide, activating for 2-3 hours, adding carboxymethyl chitosan solution, reacting at room temperature for 12-24 hours, dialyzing and freeze-drying to obtain graphene oxide-carboxymethyl chitosan; (B) dissolving graphene oxide-carboxymethyl chitosan in distilled water, adding fluorescein isothiocyanate solution and reacting at room temperature for 2-3 hours to obtain graphene oxide-carboxymethyl chitosan-fluorescein; and (C) adding triethylamine to graphene oxide-carboxymethyl chitosan-fluorescein, stirring and mixing, adding acetic anhydride, mixing, reacting at room temperature for 12-24 hours, dialyzing and freeze-drying.
