NOVELTY - A modified graphene oxide/polyacrylate nano-composite coating comprises 0.25-5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 20-50 pts. wt. acrylate monomer, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. initiator, 1.0-2.0 pts. wt. auxiliary stabilizer, 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. emulsifier, 40-80 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.5-20 pts. wt. sodium citrate and 1-5 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane curing agent. The modified graphene oxide comprises 0.25-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder and 0.05-2.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Modified graphene oxide/polyacrylate nano-composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide/polyacrylate nano-composite coating has enhanced water resistance, high alkali resistance, improved wear resistance, low oxygen permeability coefficient and high electrical conductivity.
