NOVELTY - Wear resistant surface modified calcium carbonate filler comprises 200 pts. wt. calcium carbonate powder, 1-2 pts. wt. iron slag powder, 4-5 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, 1-2 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 1-2 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-3 pts. wt. dimethyl isooctyl thioglycolate tin, 2-3 pts. wt. lignin sulfonate, 2-3 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil and 4-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent comprising methyl triethoxysilane, zirconium fluoride, nano-silicon dioxide, basswood ash, crosslinking agent TAC and ascorbic acid. USE - Used as a wear resistant surface modified calcium carbonate filler. ADVANTAGE - The filler has good oil absorption rate, and improved viscosity, activation rate and other performance indexes, and good reinforcing effect; is more easily dispersed in the polymer, and compatible; and can be filled with PVC material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Wear resistant surface modified calcium carbonate filler comprises 200 pts. wt. calcium carbonate powder, 1-2 pts. wt. iron slag powder, 4-5 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, 1-2 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 1-2 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-3 pts. wt. dimethyl isooctyl thioglycolate tin, 2-3 pts. wt. lignin sulfonate, 2-3 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil and 4-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent comprises 2-3 pts. wt. methyl triethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. wt. zirconium fluoride, 1-2 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. basswood ash, 1-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent TAC and 1-2 pts. wt. ascorbic acid. The preparation comprises mixing all the above mentioned raw materials, grindings and uniformly dispersing to obtain the finished product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the filer, comprising (i) mixing calcium carbonate powder, iron ore slag powder, polytetrafluoroethylene, grapheme and hydroxy silicone oil, grinding for 15-20 minutes, and sieving with 150-200 sieve mesh; (ii) mixing the material with an auxiliary agent, grinding for 20-30 minutes, and sieving with 300-400 sieve mesh; and (iii) adding the remaining components into the material obtained in the step (ii), and continuously grinding until uniformly dispersed.
