▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polysulfide compound modified epoxy coating comprises first component and second component. The first component includes 50-80 pts. wt. liquid epoxy resin, 5-15 pts. wt. ceramic beads, 5-15 pts. wt. talc, 3-10 pts. wt. precipitated barium sulfate and 3-6 pts. wt. unsaturated resin. The second component includes 20-45 pts. wt. liquid polysulfide rubber, 20-45 pts. wt. epoxy resin curing agent, 3-10 pts. wt. ceramic beads, 3-10 pts. wt. precipitated barium sulfate, 5-15 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-15 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1 pts. wt. antifoaming and 2 pts. wt. plasticizer. The second polymer is added to the first component or the second component, and the weight part is 5-10 pts. wt.. The first component and the second component are mixed in a weight ratio of 2:1. USE - Used as polysulfide compound modified epoxy coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has short curing time; improves the flexibility; has excellent adhesion, and better salt spray resistance in thin coatings; improves construction efficiency; reaches solid content to 100%; and improves anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for anticorrosion process for coastal power plant steel structures based on the polysulfide modified epoxy coating, comprising (i) pretreating the metal surface to be repaired: (a) removing surface contaminants, (b) sandblasting the metal surface or polishing the surface to Sa2.5 level and (c) cleaning desulfurization device and steel structure, (ii) mixing first component and second component of the modified epoxy coating on site, and uniformly stirring, and (iii) applying novel modified epoxy coating on the metal surface of the entire part and curing at room temperature.
