NOVELTY - Preparing light emitting polyamide composite material comprises taking graphene, adding deionized water, ultrasonically mixing, centrifuging to obtain graphene dispersion, adding light phosphor powder dispersion, filtering, drying to obtain graphene/red phosphor powder composite material, adding nylon resin, mixed glass fiber enhanced body, nylon masterbatch and antioxidant, extruding and granulating. USE - Used as light emitting polyamide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high luminous intensity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing light emitting polyamide composite material comprises (i) taking 1 g graphene, adding 100 ml deionized water, ultrasonically mixing at 800-1000 kW, stirring, centrifuging at 500-800 revolutions/minute for 180-200 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion, taking nano phosphor powder containing 25-100 gY0.9 vandanate, 0.04 europium and 0.06 aluminum, adding 500 ml deionized water, ultrasonically mixing at 1000-1200 kW, stirring, centrifuging at 800-1000 revolutions/minute for 240-300 minutes to obtain light phosphor powder dispersion, ultrasonically adding graphene dispersion at 100 kW, ultrasonocally treating for 30-60 minutes, filtering and drying to obtain graphene/red phosphor powder composite material, and (ii) taking 60-70 pts. wt. nylon resin, 30-40 pts. wt. mixed glass fiber enhanced body, 1-5 pts. wt. nylon masterbatch, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene/red phosphor powder composite material and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. antioxidant, extruding at 265-280 degrees C, speed of 120-150 revolutions/minute and granulating.
