▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Providing an electrical contact on a graphene surface, comprises: (i) providing a graphene layer structure comprising at least one graphene layers (202) and having a polymer coating (203) on its surface; (ii) contacting at least one portions of the polymer coating with a conductive metal-containing (205) composition comprising a solvent (204), where the polymer coating is soluble in the solvent; and (iii) volatilizing the solvent to deposit the conductive metal on the surface of the graphene layer structure. USE - The method is useful for providing an electrical contact on a graphene surface for polymer-coated graphene layer structure (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, requiring fewer process steps and is more reliable; avoids detrimental exposure of the graphene to air and the environment; provides improved electrical contacts that allow a greater flow of current; is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a polymer-coated graphene layer structure comprising at least one electrical contacts obtainable by the method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a schematic view of process. Substrate (201) Graphene layers (202) Polymer coating (203) Solvent (204) Conductive metal (205)
