NOVELTY - A composite electrode material comprises hexagonal boron nitride foam, graphene oxide film and polyaniline nanofiber, where the graphene oxide film is uniformly coated on hexagonal boron nitride foam surface, and is mutually connected to form integrated nitride- oxide graphene foam material, and the polyaniline nanofiber is attached to boron-graphene oxide foam surface generating a coaxial one-dimensional array structure. USE - Composite electrode material for supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The composite electrode material has high specific capacity, high stability, and wide practical application value and industrial production prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a composite electrode material.
