NOVELTY - Graphene modified polyethylene flame retardant composite material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. polyethylene substrate, 3-5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 13-16 pts. wt. silicon phosphorus compound flame retardant, 13-20 pts. wt. synergistic reinforcement, 10-15 pts. wt. filler, 5-8 pts. wt. plasticizer and 1-3 pts. wt. additive, modified graphene is treated with terpyridinium trichloride, the weight ratio of the two is 1:10-15, the silicon phosphorus compound flame retardant particle diameter is 5-10 mu m, modified graphene is treated with terpyridinium trichloride and the weight ratio is 1:10-15. USE - Used as graphene modified polyethylene flame retardant composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has simple preparation process; environmentally friendly; satisfies the mechanical strength requirements; has flame retardant effect; enlarges the use range of the polyethylene.
