NOVELTY - Flower-shaped zinc oxide-based composite nano-particle glass fiber filter element comprises a photo catalytic air purifying glass fiber filter element including 6-12 wt.%. zinc oxide-based composite photo catalytic nanoparticles, 3-9 wt.%. adhesive system and 79-91 wt.%. ultrafine glass fiber cotton (remaining amount). USE - Used as flower-shaped zinc oxide-based composite nano-particle glass fiber filter element comprising e.g. zinc oxide-based composite photo catalytic nanoparticles. ADVANTAGE - The flower-shaped zinc oxide-based composite nano-particle glass fiber filter element has larger specific surface area; increases the active sites of the photo catalytic particles; ensures that the air filter element based on this shows higher photo catalytic activity and better antibacterial effect; has visible light catalysis and antibacterial purification and has broad application prospects in the field of high-density air pollution purification; utilizes modifier which improves the water resistance and prolongs the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flower-shaped zinc oxide-based composite nano-particle glass fiber filter element comprising (a) taking zinc oxide and zinc source, dissolving in ultra-pure water, controlling the precipitation of zinc-ammonia complex by adding aqueous ammonia solution, separating the precipitation by suction filtration, washing the precipitate with ultrapure water and absolute ethanol, drying in drying oven to obtain zinc-ammonia complex precipitation, adding 6mg/ml solution of B, C and D photo catalytic nanoparticles to the prepared zinc ammonia complex precipitation, preparing 4.0-5.0 mol/l precursor solution with ammonia and ultrapure water, ultrasonically vibrating for 30 minutes to make it fully dispersed to obtain a zinc oxide-based composite photo-catalytic particle precursor solution, (b) selecting two or more glass fiber cotton with different diameters, placing the selected glass fiber cotton to mixed solution containing nano photo catalytic particles and silver nano-particles by a fiber separator, stirring, dispersing into uniform slurry, (c) conveying the slurry to a forming paper machine for wet forming, immersing the wet paper to obtain nano-particle seed layer in the adhesive system, drying, (d) subjecting the prepared glass fiber filter element to microwave rapid reaction synthesis treatment to make the flower-shaped zinc oxide-based composite photo catalytic nanoparticles grow in situ, adhering to each ultrafine glass fiber of the glass fiber filter paper and (e) drying, annealing the glass fiber filter paper loaded with rod-shaped zinc oxide-based composite photo catalytic particles to prepare an air purification glass fiber filter paper with high photo-catalytic and antibacterial performance, folding the prepared glass fiber filter element by a folding machine and obtaining air purifying glass fiber filter element with quick visible light photo-catalytic.
