▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Synthesizing caprolactam comprises (i) dispersing graphene in deionized water to obtain graphene dispersion liquid as catalyst load, where the mass ratio of the transition metal and graphene is 1-1.5%, adding aqueous transition metal salt solution into graphene dispersion, placing under the light source to irradiate and stirring the reaction for 3-6 hours, freezing the reaction product until solid is formed, vacuum freeze-drying to obtain transition metal monoatomic catalyst; and (ii) mixing the transition metal monoatomic catalyst with the cyclohexanone oxime as raw material according to the mass ratio of 2-10:100, placing in the vacuum reactor, heating to 100-150 degrees C under vacuum, reacting for 5-10 hours, dissolving the reaction product with solvent, filtering, and post-treating the filtrate. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing caprolactam. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and has mild condition, environmentally-friendly, high yield and other characteristics.
