DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing dielectric composite material, comprising pre-mixing the PVDF resin, carboxylated graphene oxide, and surface oxidation-treated carbon fiber to obtain premix, heating, melting and granulating the premix to obtain final product.
