NOVELTY - Preparation of skin repair gel-type dressing comprises dissolving collagen or collagen derivative in glacial acetic acid solution, ultrasonic vibrating for 20-40 minutes, adding graphene oxide to deionized water, ultrasonic oscillating for 0.5-1.5 hours, mixing mixtures, homogenizing for 20-40 minutes, ultrasonic treating, vacuumizing, degassing, refrigerating at 4 degrees C for 12 hours, molding, freezing at - 170 degrees C for 2-16 hours, freeze-drying for 24 hours, adding 60 mmol/L 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and 10-20 mmol/L N-hydroxy succinimide, stirring, marking, heating to room temperature for 8-24 hours, washing with deionized water for 5-10 minutes, freezing at - 20 to - 170 degrees C for 2-16 hours, freeze-drying for 24 hours to obtain collagen-graphene oxide aerogel, dissolving fibroblast growth factor in physiological saline, loading aerogel to saline for 12 hours, stacking, freezing at - 20 to - 170 degrees C for 2-16 hours, freeze-drying for 24 hours and sterilizing. USE - Method for preparing skin repair gel-type dressing for treating wounds, bedsore, skin ulcer, burn, scald, trauma, colpitis, cervicitis and cervical erosion (all claimed), and promoting skin fibroblast adhesion. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel has improved moisture absorption, air permeability and porosity.
