NOVELTY - A metal substrate is placed in the reaction vessel, and non-oxidizing gas is introduced into the reaction vessel. When the temperature of the metallic substrate reaches a preset temperature, the non-oxidizing gas is passed through the carbon-containing compound gas as carbon source. After the reaction is carried out for preset time, the feeding of carbon-containing compound gas is terminated and current is closed through the non-oxidizing gas into cooling to room temperature. The metal is then removed. Thus, induction heating method is carried out using graphene. USE - Induction heating method using graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The induction heating method is efficiently carried out with fast heating and cooling speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A closed reaction vessel is provided, and outer wall of the reaction vessel is wound with a coil. A metal substrate is placed in the reaction vessel, and non-oxidizing gas is introduced into the reaction vessel. When the temperature of the metallic substrate reaches a preset temperature, the non-oxidizing gas is passed through the carbon-containing compound gas as carbon source. After the reaction is carried out for preset time, the feeding of carbon-containing compound gas is terminated and current is closed through the non-oxidizing gas into cooling to room temperature. The metal is then removed. Thus, induction heating method is carried out using graphene.
