▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The pad (100) has a first heat dissipation layer (110) including a first polymer resin, first heat dissipation particles, and first cellulose nanofibers. A metal core layer (120) contains ng metal on the first heat dissipation layer. A second heat dissipation layer (130) includes a second polymer resin, a second heat dissipation particle, and a second cellulose nanofiber. The insulating heat dissipating particles are aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, diamond, beryllium oxide, boron nitride, boron phosphide, aluminum nitride, beryllium sulfide, boron arsenide, silicon nitride, gallium nitride, aluminum phosphide, a gallium phosphide, magnesium oxide, and zinc oxide. The conductive heat dissipation particles are one of graphite, graphene nanoplates, carbon black, and carbon nanotubes. The first polymer resin and the second polymer resin are urethane resins. The metal is selected from among copper, aluminum, nickel, gold, silver, palladium, chromium, and alloys. USE - Multi-layer heat dissipation pad for use in battery pack of electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The thermal conductivity is improved by using a metal thin film in the core of the multi-layer heat dissipation pad, and the thermal conduction in both the thickness direction and the surface direction is variously adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the metal core layer and the heat-dissipating layer. The mechanical properties such as tensile strength of the composite material heat-dispersion layer and orientation of the heat dissipating filler are improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing the multi-layer heat dissipation pad.
