▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/polyimide composite foam wave-absorbing material with oriented hole structure comprises preparing graphene oxide dispersion liquid under ultrasonic condition; preparing polyamic acid/triethylamine aqueous solution in ultra-pure water; mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid and polyamic acid/triethylamine aqueous solution under magnetic stirring to obtain graphene oxide/polyamic acid composite liquid; obtaining graphene oxide/polyamic acid composite foam through sol-gel method, bidirectional ice template method, and freeze drying process; and carrying out thermal imidization treatment under inert atmosphere. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene/polyimide composite foam wave-absorbing material with oriented hole structure used for electronic device, military equipment, precise electronic instrument, aerospace, military equipment, civil appliance and magnetic protection field (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite foam wave-absorbing material with oriented hole structure has excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance, wide absorption frequency range, and simple and easy preparation, and is green and pollution-free.
