NOVELTY - Water reducing agent comprises 240-250 pts. wt. isopentyl ether, 25.2-26.0 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 1.6-1.65 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 0.53-0.55 pts. wt. mercaptoacetic acid, 13-14 pts. wt. lignin, 10wt.% sodium hydroxide solution, 26-28 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. urea, 1.3-1.5 pts. wt. sodium pyrithione, 0.8-1 pts. wt. potassium sorbate, 9-11 pts. wt. polypropylene fiber, 2-3 pts. wt. OP-10, 4.5-5 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 6-7 pts. wt. quartz powder, 2-3 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate latex, and deionized water. USE - Water reducing agent. ADVANTAGE - The water reducing agent has scientific and reasonable proportion, improves dispersibility of concrete, improved cracking resistance, and has excellent corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing water reducing agent, which involves: (A) adding graphene oxide in 4-5 times of deionized water and putting into ultrasonic oscillator for 30-40 minutes for uniform dispersion to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, putting graphene oxide dispersion liquid into water bath and heating at 60-80 degrees C, and slowly adding lignin, stirring and dispersing it uniformly to obtain mixture; (B) adding isopentyl ether in deionized water, stirring at 60-70 degrees C, adding ammonium persulfate and slowly dripping acrylic acid, mercaptoacetic acid, and obtained mixture for 3-3.5 hours, and reacting for 60-90 minutes, and adding 10wt.% sodium hydroxide solution adjusting its pH value to neutral and controlling its solid content to 40-45%; (C) cutting polypropylene fiber into small sections, crushing into crusher, and mixing with molybdenum disulfide and sieving through 80 meshes sieve to obtain the mixed powder A, adding OP-10 in 12-14 times deionized water, stirring and adding obtained mixed powder A, stirring and dispersing it uniformly to form slurry; (D) mixing urea and quartz powder, and heating for melt, grinding for 20-30 minutes, adding ethylene-vinyl acetate latex into pelletizer, extruding and granulating to obtain granulated material, and baking granulated material in an oven at 90-100 degrees C, pulverizing and sieving by 100 mesh sieve to obtain sieved powder, adding obtained sieved powder into slurry to obtain mixed powder B, stirring and dispersing it uniformly, adding remaining residual component, and stirring at speed of 600-800 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 20-30 minutes to obtain stirred material; and (E) mixing obtained materials with stirred material, and stirring in kettle at speed of 600-800rpm, and mixing and dispersing uniformly to obtain product.
