▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite graphene anticorrosive coating comprises 1-2 parts mass graphene oxide, 60-80 parts mass bisphenol A, 13-21 parts mass epichlorohydrin, 25-36 parts mass asphalt, 10-28 parts mass styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, 4-8 parts mass anionic surfactant and 15-20 parts mass emulsifier. USE - The coating is used as anticorrosive material for outer wall of buried or underwater oil, gas, water, and thermal pipeline (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating improves the mechanical properties of epoxy coal tar asphalt, and improves the aging resistance of epoxy coal tar asphalt. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the composite graphene anticorrosive coating, involving (i) weighing the above-mentioned raw materials, (ii) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene oxide in an alcohol solvent, adding bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin, adding initiator, and reacting at 50-65 degrees C for 18-24 hours to obtain a graphene oxide modified epoxy resin, where the ratio of the amount of the initiator and the substance of the epichlorohydrin is (0.8-1):1, and (iii) adding emulsifier to the completely melted asphalt, adding styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer when the temperature is lowered to 90-100 degrees C, reacting anionic surfactant and the graphene-modified epoxy resin for 7-10 hours and cooling to room temperature to obtain the product.
