NOVELTY - A coating is coated on a surface of a heat dissipating portion of LED lamp. The coating is prepared by adding dispersion of nano-graphene, nano-montmorillonite powder, nano-silicon carbide and nano-ceramic powder to conductive electrolyte solution, adding 0.5 ml 0.1 M/L hydrochloric acid solution, leaving still for 10 minutes, and ultrasonically treating at 25 plus minus 2 degrees C for 30-45 minutes to obtain mixed solution (A), adding 0.2 ml 0.05 M/L sodium hydroxide solution, controlling the temperature, and continuously ultrasonically treating for 30 minutes to obtain mixed solution (B), and (2) pouring the mixed solution (B) into an electrolytic cell, applying voltage of 1680-2600 V to both ends of the electrolytic cell, controlling the temperature of the electrolytic cell at 50-55 degrees C, stirring and reacting in the electrolytic cell for 150 minutes to obtain coating on the anode of the electrolytic cell. USE - Coating for LED lamp. ADVANTAGE - The coating has heat dissipation performance improved by 10%, excellent dispersibility, surface property, acid-alkali resistance and wear resistance, and prolonged service life.
