NOVELTY - A graphene-ball forming apparatus has a gas service pipe spraying carrier gas to a metal salt receiving container and hydrocarbon receiving container. A metal salt pyrolysis part is arranged in a pyrolysis reactor to decompose heat in the gas, and metal salt micro droplet forms a metal particle at an atmosphere pressure state. The pipe is supplied with fuel gas for combustion of air. Metal salt and hydrocarbon are formed in an ultrasonic oscillator. A regular length heater sprays the hydrocarbon on the particle and forms graphene on a surface of the particle, and is formed inside the reactor. USE - Apparatus for forming graphene-ball by spray pyrolysis. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus avoids conducting heat to the pyrolysis part, and can produce the metal particle and carbene precursor easily produced from the metal salt and the hydrocarbon, and form the graphene-ball in a rapid manner as the carrier gas is supplied in the metal salt and the hydrocarbon and reduce pyrolysis reaction time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for forming a graphene-ball by spray pyrolysis.
