NOVELTY - The method involves mixing the oxidized, graphene and urea in water, performing ultrasonic treatment for the mixed solution for 4-5h, carrying out hydrothermal treatment to the mixed solution and centrifuging to obtain the oxidized graphene nanometre sheet with metal hydroxide. The oxidized graphene nano sheet is calcined to obtain the reducing oxidation graphene the metal ball. The acid etching treatment is performed to the reducing and oxidizing graphene using acid solution. The porous reducing and oxidizing graphene is obtained. The temperature of the hydrothermal treatment is 85 degrees centigrade -95 degrees centigrade. The time of the hydrothermal treatment is 3h-4h. USE - Method of preparing porous thin-layer reduced graphene oxide for carbon fiber flexible electrode material for use in super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, low cost, the product has high specific surface area, adjustable aperture, can provide channel for electronic, with good application prospect.
