▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride)/silver nanoparticles (GR/PDDA/AuNPs) nano composite sensing material involves weighing specific amount of graphene oxide, and dispersing ultrasonically in water for 1-3 hours to prepare a graphene oxide dispersion liquid. A specific amount of poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) is added into graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirred uniformly, specific amount of chloroauric acid solution is added, and stirred uniformly to obtain mixed solution. A specific amount of sodium borohydride is added dropwise into obtained mixed solution, solution is stirred uniformly, solution is heated to 70-90degrees Celsius, and solution is stirred continuously at 70-90degrees Celsius for 6-8 hours. The obtained product is centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain a solid, i.e. GR/PDDA/AuNPs nano composite sensing material. USE - Method for preparing graphene/poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride)/silver nanoparticles nano composite sensing material is used for preparing GR/PDDA/AuNPs/GCE electrochemical sensors which is applied to amoxicillin quantitative analysis, and preparing GR/PDDA/PtNPs electrochemical sensors (all claimed), and used in electric analysis chemical field for treating respiratory tract infection. ADVANTAGE - The GR/PDDA/AuNPs nano-composite sensing material has high sensitivity, good selectivity, low manufacturing cost, and can be applied to quantitative analysis of amoxicillin in medicine preparation.
