▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A copper thin foil is made of material comprising 0.0005-0.05 wt.% alloy elements chosen from elements of group 6 and elements of groups 2-16 of periodic table. USE - Copper foil is used for manufacturing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The copper foil promotes the growth of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of copper foil, which involves reacting alloy elements with hydrogen or carbide compound; and (2) manufacture of graphene, which involves cold-rolling material for making copper foil with total reduction ratio of 90% or more, heating the cold-rolled copper foil at 600-1070 degrees C and supplying hydrocarbon gas precursor.
