▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of large-area graphene comprises adding iron ore material to high temperature furnace, reducing to high-temperature molten iron and graphite flakes-containing product using reducing agent, and adding molten iron to steelmaking furnace to obtain steel material; and purifying graphite flakes-containing product into graphite dispersion, applying shearing force using pressurized fluid, and dispersing graphite flakes into large-area graphene. The application of shearing force can also be done using swirling technique by driving graphite dispersion liquid to rotate when rotating drum driven by the motor rotates. USE - The method is for preparation of large-area graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the low production efficiency, and shortens production cycle while reducing the production cost.
