▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An anode consists of a semiconductor thin film having layer containing graphene and ceramic nanoparticles in a mass ratio of 1:3000-1:100, coated on a substrate material. USE - Anode for dye-sensitized solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The anode has improved electron transmission performance, and improves photoelectric-conversion efficiency of the solar cells and promotes the application of dye-sensitized solar cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of anode, which involves uniformly mixing graphene after Nafion (RTM: sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) functionalization, ceramic nanoparticles, solvent, and binder with a dispersant, coating the mixture on a substrate material, and heat-treating.
