NOVELTY - LED containing graphene oxide, nano-aluminum nitride filling and modified polyphenylene sulfide (PPS)/polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) thermally conductive plastic composite comprises 70-80 pts. wt. PPS masterbatch, 25-30 pts. wt. PBT masterbatch, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. triphenyl phosphite, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. antioxidant 1010, 25-30 pts. wt. nano-aluminum nitride, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 1-1.5 pt. wt. calcium-zinc stabilizer. USE - LED containing graphene oxide, nano-aluminum nitride filling and modified PPS/PBT thermally conductive plastic composite. ADVANTAGE - The product is stable and environment-friendly, and has good mechanical properties and heat corrosion effect, and excellent thermal conductivity. It improves utilization of thermally conductive fillers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of LED containing graphene oxide, nano-aluminum nitride filling and modified PPS/PBT thermally conductive plastic composite comprising mixing graphene oxide and 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. silane coupling agent uniformly, adding PBT masterbatch while stirring, and introducing resulting mixture into melt spinning process to obtain 20-30 mm length and 50-80 mu m diameter composite fiber; mixing nano-aluminum nitride and remaining silane coupling agent, adding PPS masterbatch, dispersing uniformly, and introducing resulting material into melt spinning process to obtain 10-20 mm length and 60-100 mu m diameter composite fiber; and mixing two resulting composite fibers and remaining raw materials into twin-screw extruder, and performing extrusion granulation at 240-250 degrees C to obtain final product.
