▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fabricating and assembling electrodes having at least one layer of modified graphene nanosheet, comprises (a) depositing modified graphene nanosheets dispersion onto a subphase (12), (b) forming a stable floating monolayer (25), (c) compressing the stable floating monolayer to the required packing density, and (d) depositing the floating stable monolayer onto a substrate (30). USE - The method is useful for fabricating and assembling electrodes or producing electrode (claimed), where the electrode is used in super capacitor and for capacitive deionization of brackish water. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides electrode which exhibits a specific capacitance of at least 198 F/g at a current density of 20 A/g (claimed); and does not require post assembly thermal treatment, thus preserving the assembled graphene nanosheet film with uniform 2-dimensional structures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an electrode prepared by the process, comprising (a)-(c) as above per se, and depositing the floating stable monolayer onto a substrate including at least one layer of modified graphene nanosheets.
