▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite material (100) comprises graphene (110) and metal oxide nanotube (120) including at least one of cylindrical metal oxide nanotube, semi-cylindrical metal oxide nanotube (130) and irregular-shaped metal oxide nanotube, which is fixed on one or both sides of graphene. The metal oxide nanotubes are polycrystal. USE - The composite is useful in sensor to detect at least one of hydrogen sulfide, acetone, ammonia, toluene, pentane, isoprene and nitric oxide (all claimed), and disease diagnosis. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has a large surface area and excellent mechanical and electrical characteristics, which provides a sensor with excellent sensitivity characteristics, fast response/recovery time and resistance characteristics, which can be used at higher temperature (higher than 300 degrees C), increases high mechanic stability and bonding strength with the gas sensor substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the composite material, comprising (a) preparing a polymer nanofiber by spinning using a polymer spinning solution, (b) depositing metal oxide on the polymer nanofiber by heat treatment to prepare a metal oxide nanotube, and (c) mixing the metal oxide nanotube with graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The diagram shows a schematic representation of the composite material.
